Membership Terms

Owner review required: These are starter terms and not verified legal advice. The business owner must finalize consumer rights, governing law, cancellation and refund policies before taking public payments.

1. What membership includes

NUVEX PLAY streams commercially authorized audio songs online for customers in Pakistan. A verified membership lasts 30 days, includes up to three profiles and three concurrent listening streams, and does not include offline downloads or advertising.

2. Payment and activation

Bank transfer and QR payments are verified manually. Uploading a screenshot alone does not provide Premium access. Access begins after the platform owner confirms the actual payment and approves the membership.

3. Renewal

Renewal is manual, not an automatic bank charge. After expiration, premium listening is unavailable until another verified membership becomes active.

4. Acceptable use

Accounts must not be used for fraudulent payment proofs, scraping, unauthorized redistribution of songs, or attacks on the service. We may restrict unauthorized use subject to applicable law and published policy.

5. Refunds and account requests

Refund eligibility and processing times must follow the business's published policy and applicable Pakistani consumer law. Contact support about errors, refunds or account deletion.

6. Service availability

Playback depends on connectivity and maintenance. No service can guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device.
